Your order for purchase, constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below.

Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. www.accelergy.in reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

While www.accelergy.in strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product

information, www.accelergy.in shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the price of the products, or information of the products or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Cancellation of order can be accepted within first 5 days from the date of the first payment. After the payment is processed only 25% of the amount will be refunded from the 10% installment paid during the time of confirmation.

The refund will be processed within 15 working days from the day order cancellation request is placed.

All information submitted by the Users to the website of Accelergy shall be safeguarded and protected. Accelergy is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and security of the personal information that it collects, uses, retains and discloses in the course of conducting business.
